digby
visited judy there, she had a pet fly that flew around the kitchen. we traveled in a white dodge van from NS to washington. they lost me on the temple grounds, had to call security. i knew where i was, they were lost. i like to move around under my own power. saw gettysburg, beautiful traffic circle in the middle. just like parts of etown. oh, and i stood in the sacred grove. and climbed the hill cumorah. i think we also stopped in bangor, maine.

ReplyDeleteJudy was the only one of our family that actually lived on the east coast, there were some advantages to being an army person. I have no memory of your trip to visit her in Digby, how old were you, and how did you get there?
ReplyDeletenot sure my age, jared was a toddler i think, i flew, standby, changing flights, waiting on standby each time, in winnipeg, 3 hours, toronto, 1 hour, and montreal, midnapore airport, 1 hour, visited kenny nielsen in fredericton for some days, his dad drove us to the bay of fundy, we took the ferry to digby, he stayed awhile there, then i accompanied the family on a road trip through maine, vermont, new york, new hampshire, pennsylvania, washington...then a big storm was coming, and you bought a quick ticket for me to fly back, from d.c., stopped in minneapolis, most boring airport ever, and back to etown.
