i visited sister linda's home, such memories, touring the alcan plant, too cool for my nerdness, with long crucibles turning bauxite into aluminum. and the song and game lr would play with nathan, riding on her knee,... this is the way that baby rides, baby rides..ends in, this is the way daddy rides, so early in the morning. the knee would go faster for each round of the song, thus exciting the baby. endorphins 70's style. had so much fun there, will never forget it.

ya, it was funny to watch, the song had 3 verses, this is the way that baby rides, baby rides, baby rides, this is the way that baby rides, so early in the morning, then a verse where mommy rides, then a verse where daddy rides, each verse faster, with more bouncing. nathan laughed his head off through the whole game. oh, and stuart made a wooden puppet clown that was hinged at the shoulders, elbows, hips, and knees, and a platform you would bounce underneath it, and the puppet would dance, also made him laugh out loud. reminds me of all the handmade toys dad would make for us.
